Single item UK mainland orders will be sent by Royal Mail second class parcel post. Larger orders will be sent by courier service, recorded and signed for delivery.
Non mainland UK delivery can be undertaken by Parcelforce for the same price as mainland. Please note, courier services require someone to be in and sign for the parcel. For this reason, you may consider delivery to a work address rather than a home address. Once I have confirmed that your order is ready for dispatch you can confirm your preferred delivery date via email to email@example.com. It is essential to have a correct address with full postcode to ensure swift delivery of your order.
Email your order and I will send you a PayPal request. It is easy to pay with a credit card this way too, even if you don't have a PayPal account. It is essential to have the correct delivery address (in the PayPal payment window) to ensure swift delivery of your order.
Alternatively, you can pay by bank transfer.
Overseas postage is charged at cost. Parcels can be sent via tracked and signed for Royal Mail or UPS guaranteed postage if you need the parcel urgently, (e.g. parcels can be held at customs for checks).
Please note that any duties or taxes charged at customs when sending overseas orders are the buyer's responsibility to pay.
My work is all hand made and decorated. My aim is to show the process of hand making and glazing. In so doing, the pinching and coiling techniques I use will be evident and the glaze may vary in coverage and include run off marks as it is hand dipped. I feel this adds to the character and true nature of the work. Every effort has been made to photograph the work to give as true appearance as possible. Colours may however vary slightly in reality.
Every care has been taken to ensure your order is delivered safely and that you are happy with your purchase. I am happy to report that in all my time trading this has been the case but if not then please get in touch as soon as possible.
If on delivery you notice the parcel is damaged, please do not accept it and contact me straight away. Please also photograph the damaged parcel for insurance purposes.
You have a right to return your purchase under the distance selling regulations for any product purchased on a fixed price sale for a full refund within 7 days after receipt. I can only accept a return item if it is returned in it's unused, original condition. This also applies to items sent back in unsuitable packaging. I would recommend using recorded delivery in this instance as the parcel is not my responsibility until I sign for it. The sender is also responsible for the postage costs.
