To place an order email belenpottery@gmail.com and please supply the correct delivery address and full postcode if your order is to be posted.
On confirmation of the order and postage cost, payment can be made by bank transfer. Alternatively, you can also send me a PayPal request. It’s easy to pay with a credit card this way too, even if you don't have a PayPal account.

Orders can be collected in person by prior arrangement.
UK POSTAGE
Parcels are sent out via Royal Mail or Parcelforce/courier (48hr working day tracked) depending on the parcel size & destination.
OVERSEAS POSTAGE
Parcels are sent via Royal Mail tracked and signed for or relevant courier depending on the parcel size & destination.
Please be aware that buyers outside of the UK may be charged import fees or duties by their local customs offices. The buyer is responsible for paying these charges.
Parcels are posted within 2-3 days working days of the order being placed unless otherwise stated.

RETURNS
Every care has been taken to ensure your order is delivered safely and that you are happy with your purchase.
If a parcel or item is damaged you must report it on the same day it was delivered. Photographic evidence and proof is required before any action or refund can take place.
If you wish to return your order you have a right to return under the distance selling regulations for any product purchased on a fixed price sale for a full refund within 7 days after receipt. To return or cancel an order you must advise me by email.
I can only accept a returned item if it is unused, in its original condition and packaging, otherwise the order cannot be refunded. Returned parcels & postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
